Having worked various jobs during my employment life I was looking for something to take into my latter years as retirement wasn’t an option for me, this led me to become an independent celebrant and a member of the Fellowship of Independent Celebrants.
I know it’s a cliché but I do consider myself as a “people person” and family values are high up there on my list of priorities.
I have a love of all animals, nature, and nice people and believe no one is “too important to be nice!”
I love to bake and am often busy creating celebration cakes for friends and family… any occasion deserves a cake! I’m also leaning to dance ballroom and Latin once a week with a wonderful group of people.
I have a calm and positive “can do” attitude and always endeavour to achieve goals, requests, requirements and wishes.
This is something that reflects in being a celebrant, being able to understand individuals needs, choices and beliefs so to create a ceremony unique to them and their significant occasion whether spiritual, religious or secular.
